keep a lightened flywheel attached, and you'll clear the carb. n keep your fingers clear though!

this isn't going on a airplaine. it will be going on an airboat (swamp buggy)

dimentions of the boat are 40" long by 18" wide

will a 3 1/2" do or will i need to go bigger?

shave some weight if possible, but the size looks about right.

toro's are pretty easy to hop up if you have the right equipment, that will give you more power if you can't lose some wieght.

One problem that I have not yet overcome is the issue of starting this monster.

forgot a detail. this originally came with a .15 for it when i bought it off ebay. there is a GP .42 strapped to it.

is it possible that too much power was a contributing factor???

Most auto battries actually run at about 14 volts. They are rated at 12 though. Point is that a 14.4 cordless should work fine without ill effects.

Who do you use to get your carbs from?

I was told to use Walbro wt227-1 or wt264-1
