So you dont have the magic wand for it either then.
Last one I did was a sheet of 150grit on the bench and just ran the can bottom back & forth till it acheived Hole, then tried to "rolled-paper"...

You could probably mail the styro core slices to some electric guy as a "Foamie Kit".
I'm sure a lot of them would be aghast that you have already made a foam wing & fuse, just to be cut...

Cutting a foamcore wing just to slice rib templates is almost as bad as getting up on a saturady & lasering off a set of ribs in your shop. [8D].

check out the A20 Havoc attack twin.

Single seat wide, making the sides look tall, huge round naccelles that mount to the bottom of...

I wonder if a pully block on a tension mainspring would do the trick without laying out 20-30' of rubber line out in front? If you have say 8' of rail to accellerate the model, run a 4 pully block...

How about mounting the Drone on a piggyback rail on the TwinFever,
that mounts on a piggyback rail on a .40 Trainer.

Have the .40 take them up & let them go.

I know autoshops use heat rooms to dry painted cars, ala Baked Enamel,
would any of our finishes come out better if we dry/cure them in an oven?
(or devious ovenlike apperatus)

Did you run rib capstrips over the spars, then capped the spars to match?
Or are those Sub Skin level spars?
Maybe its just the photo, you got a close pic of the capstrips we can oggle?
