The monster is good for a large track with long straights (higher rpm), the p2k2 is better for smaller tracks...

The brush cuts are just something to tinker with - you'll be surprised by the difference it can make. You might also try tweaking a little more tension on the positive side brush spring.

Silly as it may sound if you haven't tried it, take a few brushes and a dremel tool and experiment. Drill a 1/16" hole in the center of each brush face and see what happens. Also try using your...

That's a great high-rpm motor for large tracks. If you have a small tight track it won't really have a chance to unwind.

I'd like to see some dyno info on the QM myself - with a good tuning, it's a beast! (maybe I'll have to start looking for a dyno...) ;)
