Just one time turning the TX off first with failsafe misset will ruin your day. Can also happen with IC engines. Say after landing with engine still running on the runway, get distracted, turn TX...

I take it you have never seen a 3000 watt or equivalent 11 pound airplane at full throttle on the ground with the radio off. I hope you never do.
