Using 3S 1320's is OK, but I don't know about an E-flite 400. Even an E-flite 450 may not be good. I'm using an E-flite 480 and it flies great, plenty of power, and just floats in for landings.

I have not tried the T-Wing, but the SFG's really help on 3D maneuvers, especially knife edge passes. Only problem I have is that my e-flite servo on elevator is no longer centering. ...

I know what you mean. I'm also fairly new to the hobby and the Spektrum 6 was my first programmable transmitter. So, I just went in small steps through the manual, starting on page one. Finally...

The servo on the right wing connects to the aileron input on the receiver. The one on the left wing, connects to the "Auxiliary" input on the receiver.
You will then have to program the Spektrum...

I use both batteries:

TP 2100 does work well on this aircraft. Not as good for 3D, but great for pattern flying plus longer flight times. Also better on windier days.

TP 1350 does better...

I'm getting 15 minutes the way I fly with a 3S 11.1v 1800 Mah Li-po.
