RE: JT Racing MT2

It will be interesting to see if CEN used the same stock towers on the new Magnum truck. If so, you will have an even larger audience for these towers. From what I can see on the one picture that's...

RE: JT Racing MT2

Gotcha. Thanks. I am going to play with it a little today and see if I can find a good setting, then I may have to take it out and test it. I have been getting 2-3 feet of air, not major. I am...

RE: JT Racing MT2

That's pretty much the way I thought it worked. One more question if you don't mind. For jumping, and I do not do anything insane, is it better to have a more relaxed suspension or a stiffer...

RE: JT Racing MT2

Just so I have my logic correct on these shock towers (sorry, I have absolutely no experiece with shock placement, tuning the suspension, etc...). I assume the further in on the shock tower you...

RE: JT Racing MT2

Yea, I think the JT Towers were made to have the body mount bolted at the bottem. I don't have the JT Chassis setup, so I bolted it where the stock one goes. It's good for now, but I will do a...

RE: JT Racing MT2

OK, did the back and cleaned my air filter. The only problem I see with the back is the body mounts don't line up quite like the stock tower with the back. But, it's such a small offset (and I...

RE: JT Racing MT2

RE: JT Racing MT2

Poor Judgement, you mentioned we could use 1/8 buggy shocks with these new towers. Do you have a brand or part number that will work? I am putting together another parts order (Tower is getting so...

RE: JT Racing MT2

New one. That is one sweet part. You are the man... I might just have to try some different shocks now that I have this.

RE: JT Racing MT2

I might be in. I was wanting the JT Chassis, but I did not buy it fast enough. Too much other stuff I wanted first and now, obviously, you can't get them. I'll leave the design of the chassis to...

RE: JT Racing MT2

This is going to be so much cooler than the stock part! That part looks tougher than the whole rest of my truck! I is so great to see a new aftermarket part for the Funfactor. ARE YOU LISTENING...

RE: JT Racing MT2

There's nothing really wrong with the stock diff housing. Of the parts I have broken, the plastic diff housings have held up just fine. It's just the last plastic part holding the whole chassis...

RE: JT Racing MT2

I like the design. Looks much stronger than the stock one and definitely more adjustable. Put me down for two. The other part I would like are aluminum diff housing. It would eliminate the final...

RE: JT Racing MT2

I don't have the JT Racing Chassis, but I might be interested in a one of the towers as it will be a lot stronger than the stock one. Although, I have had no problems with the stock one yet. I have...

RE: JT Racing MT2

There is a gentleman that posts over in the Traxxas thread that is machining some very custom stuff for a gas powered s-maxx. In one of his posts he talks about making a kit for sale for the s-maxx,...
