have you try to adjust the trottle trim and give it more forward? if you turn forward trim all the way your car will not idle but move forward slowly. let me know your results and order number as...

connect the motor directly to the battery and let it run dry. charge it again and leave it in the charge for 6 hours. I think your battery needs a good charge.
