To me it would depend on the engine defect. I have worked on small engines for almost 30 years now so there is not to much I can not figure out. If it is a mechanical blatant defect I would ship it...

What I do not do.

1. order an item with a questionable stock status.
2 order a known out of stock item.
3 use the cheapest form of shipping
