I guess I meant stock on the motor and exhaust. I think getting rid of the clutch and water pump did help a lot. I have a video of it the day I had the GPS in it but by the time I got around to...

My buddy and I took my 1/8 scale Pro Boat out and was curious on how fast it was going so I put a GPS in it and this is what it looked like when I took it out. I think I can still get more out of it...

LOL, it does look like the umbrella stand is part of the boat stand Ron. :) I will get a picture of the stand by itself tomorrow.

I just put a JR Z8800T high torque digital servo in my 1/8 scale hydroplane and need a heavy-duty servo horn but am not sure what to get. Any suggestions?
