those cheap mini-quad shocks are fake. no damping... just "spring-holders" ( you need a lighter spring too)

JariV - I run one Toney-050 off a lead-acid motorcycle battery.
Reads 13.2 volts when fully charged, no regulator.
Lots of run-time and never had a problem.

Agree on the PS-050, PLENTY of torque and speed on my 50 lb beast. Got mine for under $200 US at troybuiltmodels.com

I wish I could sell 'em for a dollar, but there's a LOT of labor involved in producing something like this. Not to mention the cost of material, tools, R&D, ebay fees, etc. Trust me I'm not quitting...
