No. I haven't seen him since and nobody knows who he might be. I have all the windows open hoping to hear him flying but nothing so far.

Snow is gone, it's 63 degrees F and wonderful. I wish...

It's melting quick. We just have a trace on the ground.

I was sitting here the other night and I saw a car drive by with a 1/4 scale Extra on the roof. That guy must fly around here someplace....

I tried to get a peek at the scheme but I can only find F-14 and F-4s in the "Sundowners" paint scheme.

Yep, still up here in King Salmon.

No airplane stuff though. It was such a pain to move out of Galena. I am having withdrawals though...heheheheh

How thick is the fuse side? Windex w/ammonia should help some. It won't hurt it. If the wood is too thick you may have to give it a good soaking which means a long pin down until it dries.

I would raise the aileron to make it level with the tip. If the root then looks too high, I would add in a piece of balsa to the top of the fuselage and fair it in to where it looks "normal"

Finally found some time to get back online

Just curious, why cut the tips off? More scale look?
