Well it was 3 years ago when I built my last one, I sold it a while back and have been kicking myself since. I decided to build another one, got it mostly framed up today. Ill post some finished pics...

So its launched at that angle? not even level?? seems that would be alot harder than launching it level. Robert Vess fly's at my club and I have seen him launch his with the fin and it just goes...

Ive never seen one launched by the wing tip. seems like it could be rather exciting :) Ive always seen them launched by the vert fin by just pushing it away. seems to work, im going to try that this...

85% expo and about 3/4 inch on the low rates, on high rates i have as much as I can get which is about 45 degrees :)

I flew mine today, got 2 flights in on it. The thing really smokes :)

OK, so you cut the balsa out to replace t with 1/16 ply. According to the instructions, the whole area between ribs 1 is to be sheeted with 1/16 ply?

Im still confused at this part? where exaclty does the 1/16 ply go? on top of the bottom sheeting, or do you cut the balsa sheeting to put it in place of it?

according to the directions, that is the right way, to cut completely thru it and slip the rudder down it looks like.

So did you sheet the bottom between ribs 1 with ply?

I am at the point in building mine that it says to put the ply cover on the bottom between ribs 1. Does this mean you just sheet it with 1/16 ply between ribs 1?

Also, Where does the ply doubler...
