You should be able to use another Pmix and set Aux1 as the Master and Gear as the Slave. I do not know if you can disable the Gear Switch since inadvertently hitting the Gear switch would cause one...

Switching the servo leads in the Rx is not going to change anything if both Ailerons are going in the same direction.

Generally, you connect the Right Aileron to the Aileron channel and connect...
