Yeah... cut the deck to about 2" too wide... then screwed it on from the bottom first.. then curved it down till we had it screwed all the way down to the top. Then put the belt sander to it and...

I'm interested in some good ideas too.... but for me I have to be able to transport the ramp in the back of my Jeep Cherokee... so I'll be doing some measurements to ensure it fits inside...
