As I understand, the AX and AX II engines are made in China. Only way to know is by looking at the box.

So the LA65 and GP61 weigh about the same. 25oz +/- with mufflers. Based on the other posts, the TT is as good or better than the LA on rpm and weight. Sure seems like a good or better...

None of the specs I could find stated the given...

None of the specs I could find stated the given weight was with or without muffler. I have a hard time believing the OS is 5oz lighter than the TT. 5 ounces is a lot of weight.

Jeffie: the weights listed are likely with muffler (TT) and without muffler (OS). That is likely why the OS is so much lighter. (18.9oz/OS to 24.4oz/TT). 5oz for a stock OEM muffler isn't unheard...
