Painting Composite plane

What weight gain could I expect painting a Comp Arf 40% Extra? I'm an experienced painter
and have painted many pattern type planes but nothing of this size. Thanks!

RE: 80" Fusion gas

I took a chance and bought the $300 XYZ 50hp. So far so good with a dozen flights. You have a great design here!
This is the first plane I've ever owned that truely has 0 coupling in knife edge.

there is nothing wrong. chris

RE: 3m Extra vs. 3.1m Super Extra

My 1 year old SX balanced perfect with 2 rudder servos in he tail and cans. Something is not right if he thinks it
needs 4lbs. I doubt he is balancing it correct. Flyjets, mine tips the scales...

RE: Composite-arf Extra 260 3M

RE: How difficult is the 35% Edge build?

The Carden 35% Edge was my first giant build and was no problem compared to building
a smaller wood kit. I agree that you must be carefull with keeping the tail as light as
possible!

RE: HOW IS THE SuperXtra

You are in the wrong area for that question my friend! ( go to Giant Scale) But I'll tell you that it is one of the best
