Lipo battery help

Is it okay to balance your lipos before and after you fly or does it matter. Is it also okay to balance them everytime they're used. Any info you have will be helpful. Thanks.

Go with an Eflite 480 Outrunner. Thats what I have on mine and it loves to climb, climb and climb some more. Its the perfect motor for this plane.
