I was reading that there is a rubber o-ring that you can use on the HBFP, instead of the ring like push rods. I am looking for a way to make my own, or something better than those cheap plastic rings...

I would think with a metal center hub, and metal paddle control frame, the most common things to break would be ring like push rods, rotor heads, and fly bars which are all pretty cheap.

You are correct there needs to be a weakest link or two, It would be nice if they were cheap parts. Please post if you see that metal center hub again.

I saw this website posted for upgraded parts, its a aluminum paddle control frame, I do not own one but may get one in the near future.

I just started flying helicopters and chose the HPFB as my first one. I bought a 7.4 850mah Li-po battery continuous 15c and burst 20c. Some of the other lipo's...
