Yes they do, and its up too you if you want to keep them on. It all depends whats on your charger, you will eather need an addapter or you will need to soider new ends to your battery.

If your racing added weight is something you want to avoid x2motors +x2ESC add more weight then one setup, and like brett_saville said mess wires eveywhere. Go have a look on the traxxas site forums...

Skipp the dual brushless and go with a singel Mama Monster Max or a Novak HV Pro (thats what im running) both systems are insane.

You can always run to compleat brusless set ups. Lots of guys on the traxxas forums are running dual VXL set up. Altho for a little bit more cash you can get a Novak HV Pro or something along tho...

use some thread lock (blue) on the grub screw that holds it on.

You can run the Novak HV off one battery. If you use lipos use a 4S and just short out the other end where the second battery would go......On 4S its a beast.

More runtimes=Higher mAh rating

More speed=Higher voltage.

Just make sure your ESC can handle the high voltage batterys.

I frigging love this set up! Its not the fastest (50kph) but dose have alot of torque! and thats perfect for a basher like my self! :D Im only running 7 cell batterys aswel (getting some lipos soon)...

Look up Novak LVC, they have them in 2S, 3S and 4S....There like $35-40 @ any LHS $20-30 on ebay.

Its a totaly diffrent thing, an LVC is a Low Voltage Cutoff and a BEC is a battery eliminator circuit

Maxamps if the biggest ripoff on the web, sure there products are good but you can get the same kinda lipos for alot less if you look around.
