RE: sand in the engine

Any good filter will get the job done. But make sure it's a dual stage filter, these offer better protection for your engine.

RE: who owns a hyper 9? Are they better than hyper 7?

Dude... That Hyper 9 has evolved 2 times from the Hyper 7... Do you really think the Hyper 9 is going to be worse or even with the Hyper 7...? Hopping up will never get the 7 to the level of the 9.

RE: Will there be rtrs

Well, depends on what you want. It's your $$$, so. But the D8T kit is actually a good deal, compared to the other high end kits.

RE: the hyper st PRO thread!

Check the offset of the wheels you want to purchase. You need some offset, otherwise they won't fit. Dunno wheter it's ½ or full offset (in inch.)

RE: WHICH TRUGGY TO GET

Out of those you listed the RC8T is the best. It has the newest design and can compete in clubraces.

RE: V-spec break in correct?

Well ok, let's put it this way. Many (standard) V-spec (with blue coolinghead) need to have parts to be replaced at around the 4 Gallon mark. @ Nesal, you hope it will last 5 gallons. Well, I think...

RE: V-spec break in correct?

Sorry to say this, but they're well known for not lasting long... How rich is the engine now? You actually don't have to richen up that much. Just run it nice 'n rich with puffs of smoke coming out...

RE: What will I need?

Hobao Hyper ST Pro or the Hyper 8.5, these are strong cars. And they're not that expensive any more.

RE: Hobao just a low end version of Ofna?

Uhh what? If they're the same the price shouldn't be different. Jammin (hong-nor) and Hobao are different companies...
So they're NOT the same. Give me the links of the cars please.. Cuz I think...

RE: Hard time deciding between Kyosho MP9 and XRAY 808

Carbon is the new aluminium.. It's lighter and as far for bling, carbon is more expensive and in my opinion better looking.
The 808 really doesn't need hop-ups, as they won't make the car better,...

RE: Tires, Wings, and Bodies

Same for the wing... Any 1/8 scale buggy wing will fit.. Don't know which body...
