No extra weight. I have even my rudder servo in the tail.
the K45TP is already a tight fit. I don’t think the K60TP will fit and/or dissipate heat properly enough.

Hey Dan,

The blower is a airbed compressor on battery's (installed a LiPo). The hose is just commercially available. The piece inside the intake of the cowling is 3D printed.
So partially DYI. ;-)

Basically the engine cools itself after running, so a blower is not required. I use the blower to cool the gearbox and cowling for a quicker cool down.

I still fly the Tucano with the CG recommended. That means empty tank, UAT full. I have a little bit of down elevator with flaps up. Almost no down required during inverted.
