So I get .75 Amps with the radio and all 240 light lit. Not bad and the effect is very cool.

On the fuse bottom I wanted to light the stab area, (these are the only exposed lights) so for this I took an 8 light section and soldered it in a tee shape to the main strip which was pre measured...

check light strip colors for correct orientation. I wanted red on the bottom and blue on top.
Add some Gorilla glue or I think next time I would use Quick Grip on just the foam.

This razor tool is to make the groove for the light strip. Two blades clued to about a 3/16" thick wooden spacer / handle.
Glue them to allow about a 3/8" deep slit.
Then gouge out the foam...

I can answer that. We had an unusual batch of coreplast last year that had smaller than normal flutes in it. It is almost impossible to get the CF elevator axel completely inserted into that type...

Cool! Your gona love doing Rollers and Waterfalls. Hint: The 4D waterfalls better than most, just use full down elevator, full throttle and half right rudder.

That motor should be fine.
Lighter servos is always better (if money isn't an issue)
Covering EPP using the 4D instructions is a snap. Just spray plenty of 3M77 on the foam, let it dry about 20...
