we are running a 16x8 3 blade - hard plastic prop (no name chinesebrand) and getting over 8000. we have actually adjusted the carb to keep max rpm at 8000- pulls like mad, just my opinion...

the new version 2 RCEXL ignitions can handle up to 7.0V - just look on the module it will have ver2 on it. if its not ver2 then its only up to 6.0V

thanks! thats just what i have now the yellow 90 with a saito FS 125. I have never been happy with it, so guess i'll have to try the DLE20, 17x6 prop is going to be close to the ground on the std...

ditto for me,opto cut off on ignition and one LiFe Rx battery pack only difference is i still like to run two leads from itthrough 2 switches and into 2 ports on the rx, justmy failsafe in case of...
