not in australia, you will be lucky to find a used tc3 or tc4. But for $250 RTR, it will be better to get a TA05V.2

Yeah you can but it will be expensive to get all 20 parts included, it will be better just to get the ones you want the most. I have taken the tb03 indoor carpet sometimes, worked well, bashing,...
