Absolutely,
One rough landing and those e flite wires bend like nobody's business. I bought some rigid 5 mm drill blanks online from a hardware supply co. Toughest part I think was drilling out...

Agree,
I used Joe M's setup ( EFlites with robart 653 struts ). Worked so well im in process of using same on TF P-47 build.
