we've had some good talks and respect is earned and not given' but once that respect is earned i try not to stir the pot with that person anymore, although there are times when i just can't control...

luchnia : in life there will always be the "clicks" and if your not in that "click" you are on the wrong side of the fence .
but there is always some exceptions to the rules and i would defend some...

bradpaul yeh i understand i am using a very loose definition .
either way you look at it though liable/slander although it's in writing right here in front of everyone's face there has to be intent...

the private sector tax forms under where you sigh  "to my best of knowlege the statesments i have made are true"

deformation is hard to prove in some cases, the "lawer" in this case has to show...
