That was the original combo sent to store with the OS 32fh heli engine,lots of torque. It would squat right down on pave and make big circles on two wheels was not too hard to do either

The black Skyward .21 was a pico clone and parts were interchangeable and the motor was flawless and ran beautiful,we put the connecting rods in the pico 21 which made them belletproof as the bottom...

I run a front tensioner on the rear but it is turned upside down,bearings are used in the tensioner.Use a aluminum top pulley for the rear belt,and a Tough Racing Belt.

The Sprint uses cheap black metal on the drive cups that wear stupid fast, HPI CVDs and ball diffs have different metal and wear much slower! I have seen a person put a plastic tip protector and...

Dont forget to use the aluminum top pulley and Tough Racing Belts from South Korea,this will make a big difference!

I wish there was a sway bar set for this car,only thing missing.

Rear tensioner is just a front pulley turned upside down,I use the center hole to mount which gives me just enough movement to adjust the belt so that it picks up the slack in the belt.

Go with a Aluminum pulley on the rear and install a rear tensioner like I have done,this will pick up slack and stop belt from jumping on the pulley and keep the belt away from a hot motor ! Also...

I usually put a thick piece of lexan on the side of the battery that touches the post so it dont smash into the battery and make big dents if you run into the wall hard.

Get a very low body the cut the wind and give downforce! Stock mustang boy is too big,wind gets under at around 45-50 mph and the car lifts up and flies away!~ body at like a parachute!

The belt will get damaged much faster with the plastic pulley. It wears much faster than aluminum .
It just takes a few hard jumps of the belt to damage the plastic pulley then in turn it damages...

That appears to be the same pulley? just do a ebay search on the pulleys? I got 3 or 4 from Phils Hobby on ebay.
