So the carb kit came and I started replacing items. I thought maybe it might be this stuff because the new spring was longer so...

I didn't say it would fly with the throttle closed because it won't but it definitely likes to move on the ground at the lowest possible idle speed I can get.

I took it all apart and don't see...
