Yes, but you can find them used sometimes. I would probably go with the TT, the Norvel is lighter and more powerful (and more $$), but I don't know if that's needed for this plane.

Glad the build is going well.

I'm not an expert but since I have this plane I'll chime in. I don't think it needs any beefing up to handle an O.S. .10. All the ones I've seen have an O.S. .10...

Very Cool! A .10 seems to be the engine for these. A TT-07 would probably be good too.
