Anyone who has the time to post here, watch TV, pet the dog, etc., but claims to not have the time to test fly isn't fooling anyone. I never buy...

The arguments and examples given for why the rule should be relaxed are rationalisations. So far what I've read is that the rule is either too inconvenient or not adheared to anyway, so let's amend...

There should be no "ifs, "ands", or "buts" about it. Rules are easier to remember, easier to interpret and easier to enforce when you keep them simple. Rule 4 is a good one. You will always run...
