ESC Screeching

I have a Hyperion Zs3020-8 motor using a Hobbywing Pentium 60A with a 12x6e APC. I get screeching from the esc when ever I throttle up fast..

T18SZ problem

After I sucessfully linked a R7008SB reciever to my T18SZ the transmitter says RF OFF when I turn the switches on.
What mistake am I making? Works fine with all my other non FASTest recievers.

Yes that did work. I really don't understand how the programming works. I assume you make the throttle your dual rate switch, because the switch assigned to the rudder now has no effect on rates.
