i have a one hp weed wacker engine. want to build a 1/8 scale boat, possibly miss budweiser, or something just as good. any suggestions????? mind ya engine is super charged, and purrs like a lions in heat. want an areo dynamic design... any suggestions would be helpfull

OLD_SLOW and in the WAY

a stock Zenoah 260/231 is about 3.5 to 4 hp. im afraid the 1 hp wont even get the hull on step.
now let me get this right ...... its supercharged and puts[:-] out 1 hp?

fast rat is right 1hp is not enough for a hydro, maybe a mono would work better for that engine.
never for get what you gotta go through with first starting in this hobby.

is it a turbo or supercharger that runs off the exhaust??? cause that's what's it's got.

maybe i'll try making a water cooled rc car., never no may work.

FTR - turbo - exhaust .
Second ... don;t give up the ship till shes setting at the bottom ! ( meaning ... don;t give up... use what you got and give her shot ! Might not be the fastest thing in the world , but , hey , then again , your not using a QD either .
Do your boat , build her like you want .... and then when it comes time that you want more speed , save your nickels and get yourself a Zenoah ... you'll LOVE it ![8D]
