If you were to fill the tank to flush with the strut would that not be as in real riding conditions and as thus give max RPM?
Just thinking out loud.
Was you thought that if the tank was full it would be as if you are using a submerge drive?

Should add a prop blast pick up for cooling water!
I think they only half fill it as the holes in the disk holding the strut are only on the bottom. It would be a constant load where as our boats see a variable load. I think there would be a lot more cavitation then in the real world.
