Power Planer
I am looking for a replacement product for the Micro Mark power planer.
http://www.micromark.com/MICROLUX-POWER-PLANE,6674.html
As you can see micro mark have stopped marketing this product and I am hoping that some rc universe forum reader will know if anyone makes a similar product.

If you check the auctions and such you may be able to find this http://www.greatplanes.com/discontinued/gpmr4030.html I have one I got on ebay and it works great for reducing those blocks of balsa to something that looks like an airplane

I get the impression that Micro Mark, like Harbor Freight, orders a truckload of "stuff", advertises it; when it is gone, it is gone.
Moral; If you see it and "think" you might want it, grab it quik.

RE: Power Planer
Any one have an idea where one can buy a cutter head for the Great Planes Electric Planer? I bought this one a couple of years ago and GP did not have replacement cutter heads then. I think I know why they no longer handle them. Life expectancy is short.
