Micro 12 servo ports?
Hey guys.using all 12 ports on micro 12.I'm finding that when all the servo leads are plugged in, they are very tightly packed.I find that the spacing is slightly too small for the servo leads and then when all plugged in that there all pressing on each other. Is anyone else having this trouble?Mario

RE: Micro 12 servo ports?
macmuz, it is officially your fault!
Alwin from Weatronic came on the big Wea thread in the jet forum and stated that it is not a design fault, it is users fault for not using thin enough servo plugs!!
Can you believe the cheek?
They make aftermarket rx and have the barefaced arrogance to claim it is other products that are not compatible with them!
I think it is a dangerous fault because it puts bending loads and sideways shear loads on the pins.
So it is a Weatronic fault but in true Wea style they refuse to accept they could possibly have got anything wrong and they have no intention of correcting it.

RE: Micro 12 servo ports?
Same as Sid, except I use a fine cut 10" file on both sides of the servo connector.
I've been told that the standard accepted industry pin spacing spec is .1"
Unfortunately most JR type servo plugs run thicker than that, likely due to mould tolerance and proprietary indifference to other brand compatibility.
