Getting back from a big show is alot of work to say the least.
I think we have to note that they were at a big show, and since that's part of their job it's perfectly fine to take an extra day or so to get in touch with RS Showcase. I'm really glad to see Mike and the RC Showcase folks taking care of it's customers. Personally, I own two ZDZ-80 engines and have had great experiences with the quality of the engines and excellent support from RC Showcase over the years.
