I have been trying to get ahold of RC Showcase for 3 days..... There message machine has no message just a tone.... and they have not responded to E-Mail.......

I placed an order with David at the Toledo Show and he said they would be in the office on Tuesday to get the order started but I have not heard a thing...... Is this their M. O. ??????

If I don't hear anything by Thursday, I'm taking my buisness elswhere and he can credit me!!!!!!

We apologize. We just got into the office yesterday(Tuesday), so how could you be trying to get us for three days?
We have been playing catch up and the answering machine is now fixed.
Getting back from a big show is alot of work to say the least.

I think we have to note that they were at a big show, and since that's part of their job it's perfectly fine to take an extra day or so to get in touch with RS Showcase. I'm really glad to see Mike and the RC Showcase folks taking care of it's customers. Personally, I own two ZDZ-80 engines and have had great experiences with the quality of the engines and excellent support from RC Showcase over the years.
