no idea on the battery i just use the stock ones(GOT A GOOD DEAL ON 4 OF THEM)
it`s ok on grass as long as it is short  (like fresh cut)
ide go with the revo over the summit just for the speed and handling
i love my summit but the revo is more all around to me

I've got 2 mini revos and a mini rally and not one I bought new. You can save alot buying used imo.

btw
the stock battery is 3 3/4 inch long
1 5/8 wide
and 7 1/6 thick
so check those battery sizes you are looking at
or 94 mil long
35 mil wide
and 19 mil thick

why are you getting out of the 1 1/0 size?
i have the slash 1 1/10 and it rocks these min`s you can spend alot of time flipping back over onto the wheels(they like to lay on the roof) but i must admit they are fun and really really fast

well because the 1/10 scale things are more expensive IMO. compared to a $9 1/16 motor and a $24 1/10 motor, its a lot less. and also, the batteries. the batteries you can use in a 1/16 are a lot less expensive than the ones that can be used in a 1/10.
