Thanks i went with the SCT and i like it alot all i had to do to get it to run smoother was re adjust the pinion gear mesh...I only ran it on the stock battery and i was impressed with it i have 2 lipos headed my way...at the shop i was realy torn between the SCT and the Rally ...so now i am getting the brushless rally also!!...cool thing is i can use my good KO Propo radios with the spektrum modual for these little losi 2.4 cars!!

Nice one lol, our cat is so not interested...

Does your combo have a slight delay hitting full acceleration?

I've moved the shocks to the outer position on the bottom arms doesn't flip as much now.

How's just put a new CF chassis on order... Can't wait..

Hummmm... I think I've been playing to much on tiles... My tyres are all glazed up. Wow talk about a difference. Hardly any grip at all.

Might get some new tyres soon, but has anyone compared the SCT tyres to the rally tyres?

my tires are going bald too. after i gather a little more cash i may pull the trigger on these puppies. check them out. they should work seeing that they are suppose to work with the Micro Crawler wheels, but i'm sure you could make them- one way or another. http://store.rc4wd.com/Mickey-Thomps...ir_p_1563.html

They look sick, nearly tempted to buy them just for looks...

That compound might not last long tho?

The dessert truck wheels might fit the wheel arches

High roller?

the Rally's look cool, but if you look closely the tread design is basically the exact same, so they would just wear out and perform almost identical to the stockers.

Hey guys, I have an old Kyosho Mantis GP (I think) mostly complete roller. Before I either simply throw it away or chop it up for a project, would anyone be interested in buying it for $10-25? I don't mean this as a for sale ad, just wondering because I know parts for these things are virtually non-existent. Please PM me if you are interested.

WOOT!!!! got my new chassis today check it out....

Ive still got to locktight everything....
So far im very impresses, gear mesh is more constant and 10x easier to adjust, and the handling has improved heaps. Before it would traction roll mostof the time, so I moved the shocks to the outer holes fixed it most of the time. Now with the new chassis ive lowered the body on the chassis and have been able to use the inner holes with the same handling as the old chassis but with heaps more ground clearance.

Next thing im going to try are some softer springs to get more droop and hopefully more traction and im goingto order some micro T adjustable tie rods.... hope they fit

Looks nice man! I like driving mine, but working on them is sooooo hard, so I'm trying to keep everything as stock as possible.

With the new chassis ts so much better for working on them, u can get to every thing apparat from the diffs without having to remove parts of th chassis.

I know what u mean I hated having to remove the top chassis cover to do anything and the servo would always fallout. And I found the biggest pain was u would get the gear mesh sweet then after I fitted the top cover it would change the mesh... Or the dodgy plastic part of the Motor mount striping..

Now to remove the servo it's just 2 grub screws and it pulls out and the servo mount gas 2 mounting positions so the longer other brand servos can be used, motor mount is alloy and slides on the adjuster smoothly. Complete access to the ESC, motor, and reciver

Haha yeah in all honesty I don't bash all that hard. Lately, though, since I don't have anything else to drive, my Micro SCT has been getting at least one pack through it today. Once my Summit gets here with all of the extras, I don't think I'll be too interested in my Micro SCT for a while. I can't wait for my Summit to get here!!!!

Yeah, I guess not. They do have some higher end stuff that seems pretty nice though, like the Summit. I do think that the Summit will be my last Traxxas vehicle for a while. I plan on getting this next: http://www.nitrorcx.com/72c-tuscon-5e-80a-blue-rtr.html
