I'd guess that you got the MR-01 chassis... Either way, you can either visit Kyosho's website and look at hop-ups or visit MiniZRacer.com's website, which offers more hop-ups. The Racer website has a "shop" and I believe they will ship overseas. The forum at the Racer website also has many threads detailing with individual types of Mini-Z's including conversions and hop-ups. There you can read away about FETS, motors, diffs and so on.

Here is some advice from someone who broke too many steering servo gears:
Get the Aluminum servo gears, ALL THREE OF THEM! You will not regret it.
For speed, start with 780mAh or 800mAh AAA batteries. I use PN racing batts and believe me you will feel a difference even with the stock motor. IF that is not fast enough for you get the Xspeed, then if that is still not enough check out the PN racing motors.
For hopups try to stay with official Kyosho aparts as much as possible. They may not be as flashy but you will definitely notice the difference in quality.
I rate the parts vendors in order of quality this way:
Kyosho
PN Racing
Squat
Megatech
GPM
Then the rest: Topcad, Eagle, Powerline, RCRM
When (notice I did not say if!) you upgrade your Ball Diff just get the Kyosho. The 40 dollar part is the best upgrade you can get for your Z.
