upgrade ?
if i upgrade the top shaft in my minit will it increase acceleration and take away top speed or just increase acceleration

I'm assuming your watning to upgrade it to one of the light versions correct?
If performance did change, I would say you would get fast acceleration and higher top speed.
But to tell you the truth, I doubt thier will be a big enough difference between the two shafts that your performance is going to change.
