RE: whos has/geting the Vendetta
I am done with Duratrax.. Love the Mini Quake, but won't buy anything else. Guess they don't encourage aftermarket companies to make aftermarket parts for their products- they are pretty big aholes when it comes to that I guess. They want to sell you their product, and then be the sole source of aftermarket parts so you have to buy those too from them too.
The Mini Quake didn't get 3rd party aftermarket shocks, wheels/tires, chassis, bodies, nothing- just some loose odds and ends. Look at the mini-t in comparison. Everything under the sun, full aluminum options from a bunch of different vendors. I just want a stinkin aluminum chassis, and NOONE makes one!
So, it had better be modded from the box, because that's all your basically gonna get.
Stick with the Half 8... Truggy conversion, nitro conversion, tons of hop ups, bodies, etc. That's the way to go. Gonna cost more initially, but payoff in the long run.

Jextel, no one likes owning Duratrax for a reason. Take note that this thing is smaller than a mini-inferno, and is much more unstable that a KMI, because it isn't as wide, and it's very light. Do yourself a favor, and get a KMI. Also, KMI is made by a good company, unlike the Vendetta

It looks like a cool car, but I don't plan on getting one...
It seems that there are way way too many 1/18 cars being made anymore, and it all started with the Mini-T
