the Rc18B would be the best choice. its basically the same as the rc18t and the rc18mt. i have the rc18mt and it is very tuff and it is very good for racing and bashing.

You'll get a lot more help in the Mini/Micro Forum, but from what I've heard, definitly get the Mini T, the 18B has waay too many problems.

The mini lst is the best mini out, why on earth would you sell it for a mini-t. It has bad electronics and very slow out of the box.

Me and my Dad just bought two of the 18b's For 1 on 1 competition. We love them!! according to RC Driver capable of 20mph which is true. It's cheap,RTR, simple, AND FUN! I don't know what the problems are with it. After 2 Hours of run time we have yet to have a problem.

[&:]Greetings, WE have one of each, MINI T and RC18T. For offroad racing, the RC18T is tuff to beat. It pulls through the corners, the benefit of having the 4wd. My son really likes it. However from my view, the MINI T is awesome. While he does beat me offroad, the open road I am better. If money is an issue, than I would lean towards the RC18T as is already has the ball diffs. and oil shocks, with wheel bearings. The MINI T can be purchased as RTR or PRO Version. If money is no problem, than I suggest the MINT T PRO with some nice electronics.

The rc18mt is the worst car I have ever bought in my life and Im completely disgusted that AE would continue pushing out "rc18" cars without fixing any of the problems associated with them. There's just too much junk for me to list whats wrong with them. Get the mini-t if you plan on driving outside.
