Another good site, especially for lower prices on some products is here:

Yeah if you buy from b-p-p get the mamba com-x package with the quark 33 esc. Its cheaper than the combo with the maba esc, and i think the quark is better.

jackemo , what about your local hobby shop? If your sorta new to the micro realm, they can better guide you than ordering online. They might cost a bit more, but you will get better service and support after the sale. In other words, it not the cheapest way, but it is the best.

Oh, if you plan on running a Mamba, you will need the Alu Drive Shaft M18T # 385301

Depends on the Hobby Shop. Some are like that, while others are more personable and listen to the customer. If one is underhanded like this, try another.

BTW: Those types of shops FEAR people who know what they want. If they blow you off or give poor reasons that what they stock is better, simply take your business elsewhere. If there is no where else, in that case, I fully support online shopping until something better local comes along. A LHS should realize its about customer service. They cant compete with pricing online, while there are only so many suckers in the world they can take advantage off until they run out of business.
