Finished larger 18t shocks
I installed 1/10th on road shocks off my cen ct5. These are way stiffer and stronger. I think the tuning options are way better with these shocks too. The associated shocks were way too soft, and the springs were too short for the shaft travel. Had to keep the collar all the way down just to keep some type of spring tension, leaving no adjustment. I'll drive it tomorrow and let you know how they work out.

RE: Finished larger 18t shocks
i want to see a pic with the truck pushed down all the way so i can see arm travle. i did the same thing with mini inferno shocks and they didn't give very good travel once i was done with them. they're just laying in the garage now doing nothing.

RE: Finished larger 18t shocks
They have full travel till the pan hits the ground. Actually have more travel now the truck sits higher. I did it for bashing more than anything. I wanted stiffer and a little more ground clearance. I ordered 18mt wheels and tires to give a little more clearance. They are very stiff shocks compared to the factory team ones I had, which were so soft they were almost useless if it jumped higher than 1 foot. I drove it onroad today, and it was way better.

RE: Finished larger 18t shocks
I am not sure. They are the stock springs that came on my CEN st5 onroad car, which is now shockless. I would like to go a little softer. drives like it has no suspension on real small bumps, makes it bounce around.
