Mini inferno st or Mini LST
I want to know. Please don't respond unless you have driven both.
And the Mini Inferno ST(stadium truck) is a stadium truck, not a buggy. It is built better than the buggy, so quit calling/comparing it to the buggy.
Just for all those of you who didn't know.

do you wanna race or bash? I have them both and would say the KMI ST for either one. They are just plain tough. They are tough out of the box too. They are a bit slow but add your nice battery and motor and go to the track and woo the folks watching. The mlst is a good truck too but not a great candidate for speed. They just don't have the cg for speed and handling in one. The kmi is one heck of a truggy.

I have a mini LST and a Half 8 buggy, so close enough. I vote Half 8. The Mini LST would be better in taller grass, or more rugged terrain. And the poll is broken.

With upgrades or not?
Mini Inferno is one of my favorites, but the included gear is less then impressive in my opinion. I would reccomend the Nanodragon, same as the mini inferno, just not made by kyosho. You could get that and a hotter motor and battery, unless of course you can afford the mini inferno.

ive owned both and the mini lst' s tougher and faster stock but the inferno's handlings better and with the 9.6v battery its fasters than the lst inferno for racing , lst for bashing

I've owned both, and I have to vote KMI ST. Its easier to work on, has genuine sealed diffs, is more nimble, less traction roll vs the mlst, and is a true truggy set-up (which I like). The only thing I don't like about the stock KMI ST is the slipper. But I'd rather deal with the slipper than the MLST's drivetrain issues.
You can also add on the KMRC C.F. chassis which is unbelievably sick. The KMRC chassis is set-up like a BJ4 world's edition, and has a great slipper.

I don't have or know anything about the Inferno ST, but I have a Mini-LST, and can't recommend it to anyone. I've stripped more differentials, than any other car/truck I have. It's apart, almost as much as it runs. Losi's been pretty good to deal with, and they keep giving me parts, but it keeps breaking. It runs ok, when it's up, but it's easy to roll when turning, and the steering servo has been giving me trouble by not centering after a turn.
I kinda hesitate at throwing money at it, because I'll probably keep throwing money at it, and then end up selling it.
