Default Bishop Power Products

Hey guys, I just want to know something..

When you place an order, do they send you an order conformation? I never got one, I only have my paypal receipt to them. And I called the 480-569-8847 number like 25 times today and no one answered.

I am wondering if there is another number to reach them at?

They arent responding to my emails and I am starting to get worried.

I honestly don't remember if they ever sent me any confirmation's or not. I do beleive they did, but I can vouch for this. B-p-p is one of the best online companies I have ever done business with, and there is none better. Troy may be bogged down from holidays or whatever, but he will take care of you and he won't rip you off, so no worries, just be patient.

With his history of good customer service you guys are being a bit selfish prematurely in your assumptions. How do you not know that maybe a something bad might have happened to him personally?

I'll also agree that bpp.com is the best around. He helped me out with a problem when it wasn't even his issue. Troy went out of his way to fix it, he went way above and beyond to correct my problem. Best customer support I have received in a long time!!!!

I have heard about another time when he got really busy and backed up. I believe that time there also were problems getting ahold of him be email and phone. Last I heard, I believe he took care of everyone. Just hang in there and try to contact him. It'll all work out.

Im not being selfish. I dont know anything about this guy, only what you are all teling me. ALl I know is that I didnt recieve my motor, and I cant get in touch with him. Also, he has 130.00 of my money, so it DOES make me a little nervous. I will takt your word for it that hes a credible guy, I just want at least an email letting me know whats going on.

I can also vouch for Troy at B-P-P. He always answered my emails and they had the best deal I could find. I had a problem with one of my products and he offered to take it back and send me a replacement.

Kinda off topic, but this thread should be used as a lesson to online retailer's. Customer service can totally make or break their reputation, and their business. So you retailer's better treat us right!!!!!!!!!!

He called me and said it was shipped out. I just am waiting for it now.

Yes, I was getting worried. He needs to make some kind of conformation thing for his site. That makes people think they are getting robbed.
