mini baja / mini t
I have the Mini Baja. Its all stock other than I put a mamba competition brushless setup in it and a 11.1 volt 3 cell lipo. Heres my problem. I can go only go like 1/10th throttle. If I open it up any farther than that the throttle sticks wide open and i end up having to rebuild the darn thing. I have already had to replace the chassis about 7 times in the last week. Anyone know why the throttle would get stuck ? Could it be too much power for the stock reciever to handle or what? (its the stock Losi reciever that the car comes with) I need help and im getting frustrated with this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

RE: mini baja / mini t
I was under the impression that you had to replace the receiver AND the esc on the mini T because it has the 4 wire servo and ESC ?
Sucks about rebuilding your car , the Mamba system is great , I have one in my RC18MT and its crazy fast !

RE: mini baja / mini t
the mini baja has a seperate speed control and reciever and has a 3 wire servo not a 4 wire. Think upgrading my radio to a futaba or something better would cure this problem?

RE: mini baja / mini t
YEah it worked fine for me except for when I would run a 3 cell Lipo pack there was some kind of interferance that cause me to run out of control at about 1/8 throttle. Didnt have any problems with running NiMh or NiCd packs only had problem with Lipo packs. Its rediculously fast with a 3 cell lipo. probably a 2 cell would have been better but hey its a blast hualing ass!

RE: mini baja / mini t
stock Mini Baja is just as fast as the stock Rc18b/t about 20mph. I am running the mamba 6800 with 3 cell lipo and the speeds are rediculious... 50+
