After bashing around are large scale gas cars, TGN had decided to see what we can do to our shop Micro-T. Our first product is this new Carbon Fiber Baja style bumper.

That is so cool to bad I'm selling my Micro-T roller... You should make some outwears for 1/18 shocks.

how did u bend the CF, or did you weave the CF with the bend in it all ready

It's not bent it's a flat piece of cf cut into the shape of a bumper.

You can bend cf by using a hot iron type thing or heating it like you would to bend steel tubing but just not as hot.

i know, but i don't think you can bend carbon fiber

You can bend it to a certain point but sooner or later it will snap, that is one advantage over alloy once alloy bends it's no good anymore... if you band it back your loosing a lot of strength.

I have never heard of bending it either but ya never know.....
