You don't hear much about these
Here is a little list of things I found when looking at minis, you hear a lot about mini-ts, rc18s, and dettas, but not these.
Why is that?
XRAY M18MT
XRAY M18T
Mini Inferno ST
Mini Inferno 777

I don't know were you have been but the XRAY M18MT, XRAY M18T, and Mini Inferno ST are some of the best and some of the most popular minis on the market. One reason you probably don't see these trucks on RCU is people all told to get different vehicles and prefer other things. All of these are great for racing also, Xray is top notch.

Good thats what I wanted to hear.
So a little question.
If you had to pick between a Mini LST2 and a M18MT what would you pick?
and a Inferno ST or a Vendetta ST?

Well I am a Mini LST fan so that would be what I would choose.
And I would get the Inferno ST, because I don't like the Vendetta ST (prefer the Inferno)..

Also with the cars you listed it's harder to find parts for them and the aftermarket is not as good(M18**).

See i don't consider a company like DuraTrax a producer of "aftermarket parts". An aftermarket company would be 3Racing, FullForceRC, HotRacing, Integy, AtomicMods.

I guess you learn new things every day.. I never knew anybody made anything for xrays minis... But the thing is that the cars are so good you don't need aftermarket parts.[sm=thumbup.gif]

The Kyosho Mini Infernos are one of the best Mini's out on the market. [link=http://www.3racing.com.hk/x_search.jsp?toPage=1&searchItem=Mini]3 Racing[/link] has a good amount of Hop-Ups for it, and many other people do to, but since the Mini-Inferno came to the market a few years ago all the parts, and Hop-Ups are just harder to come by now. One place that has most of the parts for the Mini-Inferno is [link=http://www.rcmart.com]RCMart[/link]. Now some of you might think that the Mini-Inferno dose not have a good setup, well you'r wrong. It has one of the best setups for a mini.
Same thing goes for the Xrays they are just harder to come buy as time goes by. [link=http://www.rcmart.com]RCMart[/link] has a large amount of Hop-Ups for the Xrays now too.
The Duratrax mini's do hav some good Hop-Ups, they are just hard to come buy.

I like 2wd just becuase I am indoors with it, but Mini-ts are terribly built nothing solid about it.

Sure maybe they may be weak stock but with some money and parts it can be fairly strong...
Having a 1/18 scale vehicle going 60MPH, it better be built strong.

RE: You don't hear much about these
Once a person borrowed a hopped up KMI to try racing at a carpet off-road locally. It just wasn't as nimble or react as fast as the 1/18th vehicles it raced against. That person that owned it, sold it off and now runs a Vendetta.
